Preparing for a Mobile Auto Service Appointment

Mobile Auto Service with Sparky Express is different but easier and more affordable than traditional roadside assistance service calls. If you haven’t scheduled your appointment yet, scheduling a service appointment online is your first step.

If you scheduled a Mobile Auto Service appointment with us, see what you can expect before, during, and after your appointment.

Scheduling your appointment

After selecting the roadside assistance or mobile auto service you need, please enter all the details required by our booking system. You should know that you don't have to pay anything online and will pay the technician after the work is completed via debit or credit card. When you request any of our roadside assistance or mobile auto services online, there are no date and time appointment options.

Still, you can suggest a preferred date and time, and we will call you back immediately to confirm whether our service tech is available or to find another time slot convenient for you.

What to do Before Your Mobile Service

Usually, we will call you when we are 10 minutes away from your location. So please be ready to come out and meet our service tech when he arrives at your location to service your vehicle. We are always dealing with a high volume of calls, so being ready for service when we arrive is very important because we have to assist many drivers every day and be there on time.

  • If you are in a condo, office building or other commercial location and your vehicle is parked underground, please be outside when our service tech arrives. Make sure you have your garage door fob, key or card, car keys, and debit or credit card. Otherwise, kindly provide us with the location where your vehicle is parked and meet us at your vehicle. If there are gate codes, security procedure and other similar details that we need to get in, please take the necessary steps to allow us fast entry, or share entry procedures with us prior to our arrival on site.
  • If you are in a house or townhouse, please be at home when we arrive, and try to avoid taking your dog for a walk or start working in the basement or backyard during those 10 minutes prior to our arrival.

What to Expect During Your Mobile Auto Service

  • Upon arrival, our mobile auto service tech will wait maximum 10 minutes before moving on to the next customer who needs assistance.
  • Please refrain from taking photos or videos of our technician when he is working on your car. But if you can't resist the temptation, please ask him for permission.
  • The service tech will inspect the reported vehicle problem and fix it. He will also provide you with feedback on changing the car battery, or purchasing a new tire if needed.
  • Once the service call is completed and you can get back on the road, you can pay the service technician via debit or credit card, and a digital receipt will be provided via sms or email.
  • Please do not get in the way of our service tech or in the vehicle while our service tech is working on your car, unless he is asking you to do so.
  • Please do not allow kids to get near the car when our service tech is working.
  • Please keep your pets (dogs, cats, lamas, chinchillas, monkeys, parrots, lizards, etc) away from the vehicle when our service tech is working on it. They might be hurt or killed in the process and we assume no responsibility for hurt or killed pets while providing roadside assistance.
  • If you have a flat tire, the vehicle must be parked on a hard, level surface, not in mud, on grass, etc.
